At Hak5, we stand by our gear and offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unopened condition to ensure you have the right tools for your pentesting kit. If you encounter a technical issue, our support team is available to assist with troubleshooting or warranty replacements.
Submit a Support Ticket
Log in to your account and visit our help center to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request with your order number and reason for return.
Await Authorization
Our technical team will review your request within 1-2 business days to provide troubleshooting steps or issue an RMA number and return shipping instructions.
Pack and Ship
Securely package the item in its original packaging including all antennas, cables, and accessories, then clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.
Inspection and Refund
Once received at our warehouse, your return will be inspected for completeness. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
